Lime solution

This enterprise produces ecologically clean, high-quality mixtures that have good heat-insulating and fire-resistant properties. The surface decorated with such a solution has the ability to “breathe”, does not crack, and the high alkalinity of the natural material prevents the appearance of fungi, mold and insects.

Lime mortar is widely used in construction due to its ecological qualities and elastic property, which is quite practical in application.

The main components of lime solution are a mixture of slaked lime and sand. Depending on the application, cement, clay, crushed stone and other components are also added to the solution. The company offers liquid and dry ready mixes with delivery or pickup.

Today, our offer is the most profitable, considering the market prices of construction mixtures, due to direct deliveries of lime from the manufacturer and the transportation of sand directly from the quarry by our vehicles. Our own quarries and technical capacities significantly reduce the cost of the produced solution.

High-quality plaster lime solutions with the M-4 compressive strength mark, with PK-8 and PK-12 mobility, are transported to construction sites by dump trucks and concrete mixers, respectively. It is possible to package the lime solution in bags.

The high quality of products is guaranteed by clearly organized production, which is constantly monitored by employees of a certified laboratory. The presence of our own fleet allows us to deliver products to construction sites in a timely manner.

The laboratory conducts daily selection and testing of mortars in accordance with the requirements of DSTU B V.2.7-239: 2010, and a quality passport is issued for each batch of products produced.

Construction materials used in the production of mortars (sand, lime, cement, crushed stone) receive quality certificates from the laboratory upon arrival at the warehouse. The quality certificates of our suppliers for construction materials for the production of solutions are updated annually.
