It is able to offer the customer the crushed stone of any fraction, to the extent necessary.
In the middle of 1935, the Dorstromaterialy trust began the developing of a quarry in the Polissya village, where large deposits of granite, suitable for road construction, were found. At that time, all works were carried out manually, involving transportation with horses. All extracted stone was used in the construction of the Korosten-Zhytomyr road, and then in the construction of the Korosten-Novograd-Volynsky road.Due to the rapid development of the industry, the demand for stone has grown significantly.In order to transport the material, diminished, the railway between the industrial plant and Korosten-Zhytomyrskyi was built, and shipments to different regions of Ukraine and Belarus began.
Today, the company works stably, providing jobs for more than 250 residents of Korosten district, the average salary is approximately 4000 hryvnias.
Recycling complex is equipped with crushing and grinding equipment, manufactured by “Metso Inc.” (Finland). Due to the working capacity of new equipment, the manufacturing has been optimized, the impact of harmful factors on the employed person diminished, and the safety of the manufacturing process increased. Financing of the reconstructions is carried out at our own expenses.
Due to the reconstruction of the processing complex, adjacent workshops are also subject to restoration. The fleet of large dump trucks is being supplemeted. In the mining workshop, there is a new Diesel Hydraulic Excavator Terex, with a 6.5 m3 bucket, and Komatsu RS-750, with 4.5 m3 bucket. To provide rapid sales rate, the new loading platform is equipped with a Volvo loader with a bucket capacity of 5.1 m3.
However, the management of the plant does not stop at the achieved point, while developing and exploring the field, optimizing the production processes, developing the corporate culture and reducing the impact of harmful factors.
Korostenskyi schebzavod ALC produces more than 2 million tons of crushed stone of all fractions (5-10 mm, 10-20 mm, 5-20 mm, 20-40 mm , 40-70 mm) per year. The main consumers of crushed stone are local manufacturing plants and enterprises. Manufactured material is shipped all over Ukraine and even further – Bryansk, Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod regions of Russia and Belarus.
