Bohuslavskyi granite Ltd.

Teptiyivske granite deposit is located on the left bank of the Ros river on the lands of the Teptiyivka village in the Bohuslav district, Kyiv region, 1.5 km to the south-west from the village Teptiyivka , and 1,0 km to the east from Bohuslav. The distance to the railway station PZZD is 5 km. The deposit is connected to the Bohuslav city and the railway station by highway. In 1969 UKRAHROPROMDUD decided to establish an enterprise, called “Bohuslavskyi hrankar’yer (Bohuslav granite quarry)”.

Since 2003, “Bohuslavskyi granite quarry” Ltd. is developing granite deposit in cut-and-cover way. The capacity of the road metal quarry in 2003 reached 180,000mᶟ.

Capital upgrades are taking place on the crushing plant since 2012. All transport fleet and equipment were renovated. As a result of the reconstruction – the capacity of production of crushed stone has increased to 370.000 tons.

“Bohuslavskyi granite” Ltd. specializes in the manufacture of crushed stone of all fractions: 5x20mm, 20x40mm, 40x70mm, and sand, made of screening of rock grinding. All the production is subjected to constant quality check in our own laboratories, and has governments’ quality certificate.

The granite places of the mining of the Teptiyiv deposit are first-class and can be used for all types of building without restrictions according to the current classifications.
Bohuslav granite is available in several colors: light gray or gray, rarely pink gray or pink. It has medium-grained structure with a significant amount of porphyry potassium feldspar gray light.

The production involves frontal loaders and hydraulic excavators produced by the world famous machinery manufacturers, such as VOLVO and HYUNDAY.

The company has organized the delivery of crushed stone products to consumers. The effective delivery system with the latest dump-body trucks of 30-40 tonnes (SKANIA, VOLVO) is adjusted, which provides fast and convenient transportation with minimal fuel consumption.
